12 de Setembro de 2003. Morre o cantor Johnny Cash

Johnny Cash, o "man in black" (tinha uma canção com esse título), morreu no dia 12 de Setembro de 2003, aos 71 anos.


Convertido ao cristianismo no final da década de 1960, Cash tinha canções que falavam da busca de sentido - ou espiritual, é o mesmo. Não conhecendo grande coisa da sua obra, gosto especialmente de uma em parceria com os U2, "The wanderer", no álbum Zooropa. Por sinal, Cash dizia que "One", dos U2, canção que gostava de cantar, era uma das melhores de sempre.
